It is part of the worldwide Anglican Communion and traces its heritage to the beginnings of Christianity.
The Episcopal Church in Delaware
Founded in 1785, the Episcopal Church in Delaware is one of the nine original dioceses of the Episcopal Church in the United States. Rooted in a rich history yet continually growing, the diocese remains committed to welcoming people from all walks of life into communities of faith, service, and belonging.
